Seamless Setup: From Installation to Ownership
The setup journey with myNexBlue has been designed to be effortless and secure. After installation, your installer configures the charge point using the NexBlue Partner App. Once configuration is complete, a unique Location ID is generated and presented as a QR code or sent directly to you via email.
To claim your charge point, simply open myNexBlue, tap Add Product, and scan that QR code. Instantly, the system recognises the site and transfers ownership to your account. From there, you gain complete visibility of all installed charge points and load balancers associated with that location.
This process ensures that every installation is secure, traceable, and easy to manage, giving you peace of mind that your setup is fully under your control.

With EcoPilot Mode, you can connect directly to your energy supplier within the app. myNexBlue automatically downloads your tariff data and updates it daily, optimising your charging schedule for the lowest-cost periods.
Just tell the app when you need your vehicle ready and how much charge you require. EcoPilot will take care of the rest, scheduling charging to align with your energy plan, whether that’s a dual-rate tariff, a complex multi-rate plan, or even a fully dynamic pricing structure.
