Charging status

The charging status is displayed on both the app and the portal.

  • Connect cable to charge
    • There is no cable plugged in.
  • Ready to charge
    • Cable connected.
  • Charging
  • Fallback charging
    • The location is set to enable cloud load balancing, but the Charger or Load Balancer if offline
    • The location is set to enable local load balancing, but the Charger is not receiving signals from the Load Balancer. This may be due to distance or obstructions.
  • Load balancing
    • The location is set to enable load balancing (cloud/local), and the charger is currently in the process of load balancing while charging.
  • Waiting for load balance
    • The location is set to enable load balancing (cloud/local), but the available charging current for the charger is below 6A. Charger can only start charging after the available charging current is above 6A for severl minutes.
  • Charging unavailable
    • Some errors have occurred; please check the events to see the details.
  • Waiting for OCPP approval
  • Waiting for car response
  • Offpeak
    • Only for the UK.
  • Charging paused
    • Wait for the error to disappear, then charging will resume.
  • Charging complete
