NexBlue Limited Warranty
Dear Customer
Thank you for choosing NexBlue. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage available to NexBlue end users.
If your NexBlue product requires warranty support, contact the authorised dealer or installer you purchased it from. You can also contact NexBlue technical support through our official website.
Before making a claim, please review the relevant user manual, installation instructions and troubleshooting guidance. This may help you resolve the issue more quickly.
1. Warranty Coverage
NexBlue warrants that eligible NexBlue products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period. The product must be correctly installed and used in line with NexBlue instructions and local requirements.
Where a product has a defect covered by this warranty and the claim meets the conditions of this policy, NexBlue may:
- repair the product;
- replace the defective product or component; or
- provide a new or professionally refurbished product with equivalent or higher functionality.
NexBlue will determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances of the claim.
2. Warranty Periods
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on the invoice or sales receipt from an authorised NexBlue dealer.
A repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period. A repaired or replacement product or component remains covered for the rest of the original warranty period, unless local law requires a longer minimum period.
Unless a longer warranty period is expressly stated below, all NexBlue EV chargers are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty.
The warranty periods below are subject to local laws and regulations. Where mandatory local requirements provide longer protection, those requirements take precedence.
2.1 Five-Year Warranty for Selected EV Chargers in the EEA and United Kingdom
The following NexBlue EV chargers, when purchased and installed in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, are covered by a five (5) year limited warranty:
- NexBlue Edge 2;
- NexBlue Edge Max;

In accordance with UK OZEV requirements, NexBlue Edge (UK), NexBlue Point (UK), NexBlue Point 2 (UK) and NexBlue Delta Max (UK) are designed to have a minimum operational life of three years.
This stated operational life does not reduce the applicable warranty period specified above.
2.2 Accessories and Related Products
NexBlue accessories and related products are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty, although the applicable warranty period may vary depending on the region or authorised dealer.
Check your sales documentation or contact your authorised dealer to confirm the warranty period for your product and region.
