NexBlue OCPP Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with the activation process of NexBlue's Charging Point Communication Protocol (OCPP) for your charger, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
OCPP Functionality
Once the OCPP is enabled, certain functionalities of the charging system may be temporarily unavailable to ensure compatibility with the protocol. However, all functionalities that are compatible with OCPP will remain accessible and operational.
Data Collection and Usage
While operating the charger in OCPP mode, NexBlue will continue to collect information about the charger's status and usage. This data will be used to enhance after-sales service, provide faster support, and manage remote updates of the charger. Please be informed that NexBlue will have access to details of charging sessions carried out by users authorized by the charger operator via OCPP. However, this access will be completely anonymous and dissociated from the user's identity. The data will only be used for generating aggregated information, and NexBlue will not process any personal data.
Acceptance of Terms
The activation of the OCPP functionality on your charger implies your acceptance of the contractual terms and conditions that govern its use. These terms and conditions are applicable in addition to what is set forth herein and may also be specified in the general and specific commercial conditions of the accepted offer, the purchase agreement, the aforementioned activation guide, and other commercial and/or technical documentation provided to you during or after the charger's purchase. Together, these documents constitute the contractual agreement that binds you to NexBlue.
By clicking on the ACCEPT button and proceeding with the OCPP activation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from activating the OCPP on your charger.
