To access Charge Anytime, you must have:
- A NexBlue charger (Edge or Point) that is connected to the internet
- An account in the myNexBlue App that is linked with the charger
- An OVO Energy account
- A home supplied by OVO energy
- The battery capacity of the vehicle you want to charge. If you have multiple EVs, select the one you use most frequently when signing up.
By linking your NexBlue charger with OVO Charge Anytime, you authorise OVO to manage your charging schedule using the settings you define in the OVO App.

Please make sure you have access to the following:
- myNexBlue App account login details
- OVO account login details
Setup Steps
Step 1: Open the OVO Charge Anytime App
Download the Charge Anytime App and sign in using your OVO Energy credentials

Step 2: Select Your NexBlue Charger and Vehicle Battery Capacity
Start the device connection journey and select your NexBlue charger, you will be promoted to enter the battery capacity of the vehicle you intend to use most frequently with the charger.
Step 3: Connect Your Charger
A connection between OVO and NexBlue systems will be initiated. Enter the email address and password linked to your NexBlue account (this may differ from your OVO account). Grant permission for data sharing and control to OVO.
Step 4: Set your home location
Choose your home location by entering your home address and/or dropping the map to indicate the location of your NexBlue charger.
Step 5: Set your charging preferences
Once your charger is linked, you can set your charging preferences - Ready By Time (when you want your vehicle to be charged by) and Charge Levels (max battery % and min battery %), OVO will then optimise your charging based on these values.
