NexBlue Customer Feedback Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The NexBlue Customer Feedback Campaign (“Campaign”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have purchased, installed, or used NexBlue products. Employees of NexBlue, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally affiliated with the Campaign are excluded. Only installations carried out on the UK mainland are eligible.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete and successfully submit the official NexBlue Feedback Form. Each individual may only enter once.

  • £20 Amazon Voucher Draw: One £20 Amazon voucher will be awarded for every 10 valid entries.
  • £50 Amazon Voucher Draw (Testimonial Use): Participants must consent to the publication of their name and written review. Entrants in this category are not eligible for the £20 voucher.
  • £500 Photography Opportunity: Participants must tick the relevant box and upload 1–2 images of their NexBlue installation.

3. Selection Process

  • Voucher winners will be selected at random and contacted via email.
  • Testimonials for publication will be chosen at NexBlue’s sole discretion based on relevance and quality.
  • Photography participants will be selected based on image quality, location, and promotional suitability. Selected applicants will be contacted to arrange sessions.

4. Prize Details

  • Vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address provided.
  • The £500 photography payment will be issued after the photoshoot and upon receipt of valid bank details.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Data Handling

All personal data will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

6. General

NexBlue reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Data Controller

NexBlue Limited (“NexBlue”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is the controller of any personal data submitted through this Campaign.

2. What Data We Collect

  • Name and email address
  • Written feedback
  • Installation photographs
  • Any other information provided in the form

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To review feedback and improve our products/services
  • To administer prize draws and notify winners
  • To publish testimonials (with consent)
  • To evaluate and coordinate photography participants

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@nexblue.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for up to 12 months after the Campaign ends unless an earlier deletion request is made.

6. Your Rights

  • Right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Right to object to or restrict processing
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
