My charge point is switched on but the light on the unit is not on
The first thing to do is to switch off the charge point at the RCD, leave it for 10 seconds, then switch it back on again. This is will hard restart the unit and should remedy the issue if there are no faults.
If the unit still doesn't visibly turn on (i.e. the light on the unit doesn't illuminate), then contact the company who completed your installation for assistance.
When you contact the company, it's important to let them know whether there have been any successful charges in the past using the charge point on any vehicle. It's also worth highlighting any changes that might lead to the cause of the issue; e.g. using the charge point with a different vehicle or after there have been any power outages in the area.
