Does every new installer need to get a username and password?
For individual installers who need to manage chargers after installation, yes, they need their own login.
For the installers who undertake installations only, after which the installation will be managed by someone else; they do not need their own log in. We have a feature called Pre-configuration to support this situation.
So they can just do the installation and tell you the configuration information, and you enter the information via Pre-configuration on the partner portal
