Event List
Electrical products tend to complete many operations in a short period of time, in order to help determine which are important to take note of, and which are less so, we have enabled any product to have its event history filtered by event type and timescale for ease of access. We have written a guide that details how to access this information that be found here.
Where possible, we give as much information as possible to guide installers towards a solution. For any event, a decription and suggestion is provided on the "Event" page for the relevant product. If a call to NexBlue Technical Support is required, this recommedaton is provided in the suggestion column.
A full event list lives in the Partner Portal, to access this, scroll down the left hand and click "Event List" under "Support", as seen below.
