How to change the main fuse on the Partner Portal?
Steps:
1.Search for the Target Location
In the Partner Portal, use the search function to locate your target site. You can use the filter to simplify your search.
2.Access the Location Details
Once you find the desired location, click on “Details” to enter the management interface.
3.Change the Main Fuse
After entering the location, switch to the “Circuit” tab. Under the “Load Balance” category, click the edit button for the Main Fuse. Adjust the parameters as needed, then click “Save.”
Note: Ensure that all chargers at this location are online before making this change, as the update requires an active connection.
