Someone else wants to use my charge point, how can I share it with them?

Is sharing needed?

Your NexBlue products can work with any vehicle you want it to, even other peoples. However, sometimes you may want to track who is using the charger, or allow people to use the charger when you aren't there to authenticate a charge. If this is the case, follow the steps below to share the charger with whoever you choose.

How to share a charge point

First things first, the person you are trying to share the charger with will need to download the myNexBlue App and create an account. Once they have created an account, simply head to the charge point you want to share with them and follow the steps below

Once the charger has been shared, as the Owner of the Location you can monitor who has been shared the charge point, you can also remove access for any users whom you have previously shared a charge point with

How to remove someones access to a charge point

Head to the "share charger" menu from the product page, same as when you added the alternative User. This time you should already seen the User listed, simply swipe to the left on the User you want to remove and tap delete. This will then disappear from their myNexBlue App
